Suggest Remedy For Pain In Lower Back And Right Leg

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have had lower back pain for a while but it got a lot worse yesterday. My right leg has shooting pains and has pins and needles. I have been taking co-codamol but it hasn't helped.
