Suggest Remedy For Pain In Neck And Face

hi i am 35 years old(women) 1 year go i went to phisio becous of my dissiness and she did bad move and adjust ment on my neck. that day i was good but the nex day suddenly my neck ,trouth and face(left side) got very hard espasm .i did (XRY,MRI) blood test ,ultr sond for teroeed ,but the answer was negative and evrything is fine. and esil i have sowwling problems, disseness even pain is coming in my face and hard movement with sound.bytheway i have angxaity and hard movement in my left hand.can you help me !and sorry for bad engelish and spelling!?some dr told me this is becouse of my anxaity but i have no idea .i did phisio accupuncture and chariopractic ,but not gana help? what i have to do?
