Suggest Remedy For Pain In Neck And Tingling Sensation In Arm
I am a stage IV ovarian cancer survivor however, I have recently been noticing some changes. I found a lump on my left side upper neck line around May 14, it was not painful but obvious to see. My oncologist did a immediate PET scan and it can back negative. As the weeks have gone by I now have constant pain in the neck (left side), down the shoulder and most recently in the center of my upper back and left side of the back of my head and 10 days ago I started getting tingling in the left arm several times a day and it lasts either just seconds or sometime up to a half hour. My oncologist has referred me to a Neurologist but I have not heard from them to set up an appointment so far. Should I call my regular doctor and see what she might suggest? Why does my oncologist think a neurologist can help me in this sitation?
To know the exact cause of your pain get your MRI (cervical spine) done as it could be a compression of nerve in cervical spine because of displaced disc, and consult a neurologist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
