Suggest Remedy For Pain In Neck, Ringing Ears And Tight Shoulders

When wake up fine then as start moving about both sides of neck starts hurting goes up to back of head and sides to top ringing in ears which i have had for a long time anyway pain also goes down to larnix tightness in shoulders it is not soar to touch no fever does not hurt to swallow just very uncomfortable
