Hi,
Your pain is chronic in nature and the increased sensitivity due to pregnancy seems to have raised it. Since it is mostly related to posture, it is more likely to be musculo-skeletal. Musculo-skeletal pains that occur due to some persistent activity are relieved only if the precipitating action is stopped. Relief can be had by the use of local analgesic gels, pain killers which should not be suggested in your case and physiotherapy. Please ask your health care provider for further suggestions and management. Take care.
