Suggest Remedy For Pain In Right Side Of Back With Increased Acid Reflux

I am having pain on the right side/middle of my back. Sensitive to the touch, especially at dinner and sensitive if I have a glass of wine of beer. It s been going on a couple of weeks...usually subsides later. Also notice more than usual acid reflux.

I appreciate your concern.
As per the problems highlighted in your question, I am of the opinion that you might be suffering from Gastro Esophageal reflux disease with suspected attacks of acute pancreatitis.
Since the pain especially on the back side gets aggrevated whenever you drink a glass of wine of beer and the skin is sensitive to touch in the back area these features are suggestive of pancreas problem/
The acid reflux can be treated by the following:
Take one tablet of Pantoprazole 20 mg one hour before the meals for 4-6 weeks.
And of course, you have to avoid alcohol, hot and spicy food, caffeine, smoking, etc. if you are obese you will have to reduce your body weight.
