sir, i was diagnosed with mediastnal lymphadenopathy in 2009. ct scan showed i had 20mm enlarged lymph node . beside this there was a calcification in caudate lobe and left side of thyroid.small nodes were found on the left thyroid.Medical tests showedthrough PET scan cold nodule- euthyroid status.thyroid reports normal.FNAC of thyroid showed COLLOID GOITRE. BIOPSY OF NODE SHOWED GRANULOMA. NO MALIGNANCY.I was put on 9 months ATT treatment.after 9 months result showed lymph node had resolved. PROBLEMS--1. STARTED WITH uticaria, small swellings used to come and go, breathlessness, throat constriction coming and going. test results all normal except

constantly raised eosinophilia, IGE 508/ RANGE LESS THAN 103. RAISED THYROID ANTI BODIES.OCCASIONAL ALLERGIC REACTIONS ON SKIN ETC. I HAVE MILD SWELLING IN SUBMANDULAR GLAND. DOCTOR SAYS 'NAD' COULD BE A IMMUNOLOGICAL DERRANGEMENT,i have been told i am highly allergic due to immunological derrangement. i have swollen submandular glands for last 3 years.HAVE OCCASSSINAL PAIN IN GLANDS. HAVE BECOME HIGHLY EMOTIONAL, 1 MONTH BACK SUFFERED FROM BELLS PALSY, RT SIDE. PAIN KEEPS COMING IN RT SIDE. PLEASE ADVICE FURTHER ACTION PLEASEin nasik. please advice
