Suggest Remedy For Pain In Scapula And Elbow

I have intermittent pain in scapula which can cause tingling in my right arm to pinky and ring finger. It can also cause severe pain on underside of upper arm and elbow.
A change in position can relieve or reduce pain. Cannt lie on either side to sleep.
