Suggest Remedy For Pain In Scrotum, Knots In Shoulders And Back After A Massage

yesterday I had a three hour massage as I suffer from knots in my shoulders and upper back. Also sore knees. On leaving i noticed my right testicle was sore. This got progressively worse over a couple of hours and feels like I have been kicked in the scrotum.
I also have pain in my lower abs on the right side of my scrotum. HELP
