Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Front Of Knee

Hi I am feeling a pain in the front of my knee when i kneel The pain feels as if my knee was scraped when it makes contact with the surgace i kneel on but there is no scrape. The pain is rather sharp and localised and is located on the front slightly to the left of my left knee cap When my knee is bent and I press on the area whre it hurts I can feel the pain in a very small area ( the size of a dime) I am 50 years old and run about 6 K a day Thank you!

hi sir, welcome to HCG, i understand ur problem, its due to weakness of ur knee bone, use knee cap and take calcium tab once a day... its give strength to ur bones, hope u satisfy with my answer, thank u
