hello dr, im yusuf 40yrs old , having small joints pain more than 3months,both upper and lower limbs investigation shows -total count -11,hb-12.3,uric acid 6.2 ,esr-35,crp-positive,rheumatoid factor -negative,taking analgesic etorocoxib 60mg -once daily,advice by ortho specilist locally,but pain is coming on and off,early morning stifness in small joints present.what is your advice doctor
