Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Middle Of The Chest

Hi,I am 26 year old male.I feel pain in middle of my chest.The pain increases if i stretch my arms or if i try to pull my head down.Any type of physical activity increases the pain.I Go to gym regularly and do heavy work out.If i do work out in pain then it increases. Sometime when i stretch my arms then i get a sound like cracking something from my chest and i feel relaxed. Please suggest me what to do ?

I can understand your situation and problem.
By your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more in your case.
So better to follow these steps for symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Follow these for 1-2 weeks, you well definitely improve.
If not improving than consult doctor and get done chest x ray to rule out internal damage.
