Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Pelvic Area Caused Due To A Fracture

hello my name is kieran i am 19 and in march last year smashed my pelvis i had 5 compound fractures. im writing to u because i am having alot of pain around d area and i dont know what i can do because the doctors just kept giving me painkillers but i cant sleep when i take them :-( and none of my mates understand they think because im healed now that im fine and im just being a girl winging about it. i need help because im gettin really depressed and can never be bothered doing anything too physical
