Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Right Side Of The Sternum And Back

Recently dx asthma due to GERD, on advair & aciphex. have a hiatal hernia and esphogas stretched 2x. I had been hurting on right side of sternum and in back. that has lessened greatly with the aciphex. but have started having a flutter under & around right rib cage. not painful but more concerning. blood tests are perfect, no gallbladder. i really do not want to take more meds. female, 51, 30# overweight, otherwise good health & actually feeling better, just concerned over the new flutter. any ideas or advice?
