Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Shoulder And Arm

I have pain in my right abdominal cavity, lower and upper. My gallbladder and uterus is removed. I feel like it is my appendix but I am told my appendix is fine, they can't fine my right ovary in an ultrasound. These are the things that have been checked and have come back negative: chrone's, celiac, H pylori, stomach ulcers. Blood work has come back with no results for elevated white blood count, liver & pancreas is good. I have a gluten & Lactose intolerant.
Currently I am having sharp pains on my right side between my hip bone and rib cage that radiates to my hip, back, groin and up my right shoulder blade. My shoulder and arm aches, my side aches and feels like someone has punched me in my side between the sharp pains. It hurts when I lean forward to wash my hands in the sink. I'm tired all the time. I have no energy. Please any suggestions would be helpful.
