Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Shoulder

Yes please, I have a pain approx 3" down from my right shoulder which runs up my neck and down my arm it starts about an hour into work and then is with me all day - it is like an aching/pulling pain which is driving me nuts - I just want to try and stretch out my arm or rotate it which I keep doing but to no avail. Have I pulled something?
