HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for the pain it is all depends upon the nature of pain quality of pain chronicity of pain, pathophysiology of pain, means it is just wide gate open and most of the pain are self limiting only required is bearing capacity of pain once the pain intensity reaches to the plateau level (threshold) then this this start declining and this gives analgesic effect, in your case you need to adopt this method, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
