Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Upper Shoulder

i am 55 years female currently on medicine Amlong A 25 for blood pressure , Two days back i experienced pain in my upper left shoulder and doctor by ECG predicted ;ST Dipression an Echography was done results were ; NORMAL LV SIZE WITH NORMAL LVEF OF 60% medicines given were; Crestor -5mg, monosprin 30, Roblet 20,drovir 80mg.after twodays of medication pain was reduced .please advice if medications are correct or please perscribe your perscription
