I m 18 years old and don t have any family history of heart disease.

Hi, Welcome to healthcare magic. I had gone through your question. I can understand your concern. The pain in the center of the chest could be due to gastric reflux and unlikely to be heart disease. All other symptoms could be due to upper respiratory infection. I recommend the following. 1) A course of antibiotics. 2) Analgesics for pain relief. 3) Salt water gargling. Add a pinch of salt to a glass of warm water. 3) Avoid spicy foods. 4) Smoking may aggravate this condition. 5) Proton pump inhibitors like tablet rabeprazole. You will be fine.
