Suggest Remedy For Pain In Thumb And Wrist

in my wrist it feel like a pin pricked me when i move my thumb. so i kept scratching it, cuz it felt kinda itchy at first. it feels like it's either on the surface or in the skin. nothing is visible except that it's now red because i've scratched at my skin. Everytime i move my wrist or thumb, the pain comes. maybe i am tearing something? it's quite annoying and happened randomly. The only thing I was doing was typing on the computer
