I have a stinging pain in my little pinki toe what can it be ?....it has been there since I walked on the grass barefooted ..it just wont go away...I have noticed little tiny dots appear on and arround the top of mt foot ..they look like beauty spots but I have only noticed them since walking in the garden on the grass...can you help?
