Suggest Remedy For Pain In Tongue After Biopsy

I had a tongue biopsy today. They put me on a clear liquid diet, but I was so hungry I ate chicken noodle soup, pudding and mashed potatoes. I clean my mouth by swishing with warm salt water and then a prescription for oral rinse. I'm taking heavy antiobiotics and pain pills. At 11am I took a 500mg Naprosyn and two Ultrams. At 5pm I took 4-200mg Ibuprofen from the dollar store. I'm still in alot of pain. I tried ice on my tongue but it was even more painful, but did help a little and also with the swelling.
