Suggest Remedy For Pain In Upper Middle Chest
hi started with pain in upper middle chest for 2 weeks has moved to abdomen center and right side have had an ulcer diagnosed a few years ago have been using acid reducers and seems to be helping slowly also watching diet now .was using ibuprofin for back pain . could this be what caused ulcer flare up and do you think it is my ulcer?

If you have had the history of peptic ulcer and hyperacidity then you have to avoid taking any NSAID (Non steroid anti-inflammatory drug) like Ibuprofen because this could cause gastritis and may flairs up the ulcer, in medicine this can be tried with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day at evening time for six week with Tab Domperidone 30 mg, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
