Suggest Remedy For Pain In Vagina After Intercourse

For years ive been going to the same Gyno. Everytime i have sex or a finger inside me (which neither is often) 24 hours later im in alot of pain. the pain is unbearable . my doctor has said to make sure to use KY or another kind of lube. this does not work either. Skin is being shredded on my insides and its coming out of my urinary tract. Any advice. Also have been tested for STDS and been catherized to check my urinary track.
