Suggest Remedy For Pain On Back And Shoulders After A Fall

I am 56 fell off a ladder yesterday, I think I have stained and sprained , middle back, hurt my shoulder no brusing can or could I get a rash all up on my chests , under my boobs, up on the neck and shoulders and mid back, no irritaion or bumpy surface. should I be concerned? I just had a bath with epsons salts to ease pain or soreness, stiffness is there. thanks bobby really I gotta pay? crap I cant, sorry for the questioning/

I really understand your concern.

Based on your details I suggest you a chest X-ray to evaluate your injury. For the pain I would recommend Ibuprofen 400mg gel capsules two to three times daily +/- Paracetamol when needed. Rest and applying ice sachets will help also.
