Suggest Remedy For Pain On Back While Breathing Or Moving

I have a pain in the upper right side of my back behind my ribs. It's a sharp pain that only happens when I take a deep breath or move in a certain way. It has not gotten any better for 4 days even though I've tried pain relief, hot and cold packs, etc.
