Suggest Remedy For Pain On Cheek Bone?

Have warmth & throbbing pain on my cheekbones if talking or even texting on the new cell phone I got two days ago. I understand a handsfree set would help with calls but I don't understand why it does it with texting. I wouldn't believe it but the longer I have txtd to today the more it hurts? Have you heard of this or do you know a remedy?
