Suggest Remedy For Pain On Legs,arms And Neck Due To Bulging Disc

Im suffering from bulging disc as informed by the doctor the other time i was diagnosed. He said it was a minor one. Now that aft the physio sessions and being it 2 to 3 months. I seem to be getting more sharp pain and vibrating sensations on my legs, arms, neck sometimes even my stomach. How to relief ppain and is this getting serious? I'm worried. I'm 20 this year.
