Suggest Remedy For Pain ,swelling And Stiffness In Hand

hi i havea lump in my left hand. My hand is swollen and stiff. my doctor told me it is a lymph node. I also have a ddd in my neck which also causes pain to go to my shoulders and also down to my left hand i am in so much pain. what can i do to help this.
