Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain you need not to apply antifungal cream on it as it is not due to
fungal infection and you should apply
benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin containing gels over the pimple..
Do cold compresses over it to reduce inflammation and pain..
Do not try to peel it off as it will further gets inflamed and there can also be hyperpigmented spots in that area which will further look unpleasent..
Wash your face twice a day with
salicylic acid containing Face wash..
Do not tough it again and again as it might get infected..
Keep your face clean and dry and if you wish to lubricate your face aloevera gel is the best ever option..
Take a multivitamin pill daily, avoid oily food and drink plenty of water.
If still it does not resolve
consult a Dermatologist [skin specialist] and get evaluated and he can advise you Vitamin A precursor [Retinols] and also
oral antibiotics for relief.
Certain in-office techniques like Micro-dermabrasion and glycolic acid peeling can also be helpful..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
