Suggest Remedy For Painful And Itchy Eyes With Blurry Vision

Good afternoon sir,
I am Shani Tripathi 30 year old ,resident of Kanpur, from last few months i am feeling pain behind my eyes, it comes once in a month for few hours ,pain is not very severe but i feel difficulty in doing my daily work as well as during that duration i feel to sit in dark room because light irritates my eyes .and i feel strain in my eyes in watching tv. I should tell you that my grandfather has also same problem and he lost his eyesight later on,my mother is dibetic and hypertnsive .Sir please give our advise what i should next ?
