Suggest Remedy For Painful Bartholin Cyst Oozing White Pus

Good morning I have a bartholin cyst ,it has been extremely painful the last two days,this morning I noticed a white pus head ,I then just kept a warm compressed cloth in it,it then popped,what do I do now? Do I just leave it? Can I out bepanthem ointment on?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the bartholin cyst and condition is bad then it need to be removed surgically and this is the best option you have till then it can be managed symptomatically with anti-inflammatory and anti-biotic, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
