Suggest Remedy For Painful, Big Lump On Inside Of Thigh Beside Vagina

I have a very painful walnut size or bigger lump on the inside of my left thigh beside my vagina. It is in my bikini line. Panties rub it and it hurts. I have trouble walking from the pain and now hurt with legs closed. What do I need to do or can do?

HI
Well come to HCM
Chances of lymph node swelling could be likely underlying cause need to be found out some time this could be due to infection and for that clinical examination is necessary till then condition can be managed with the treatment given below
1) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day
watch for pus formation if you see something like this then see the doctor, hope this information helps, take care.
