Suggest Remedy For Painful Breast Bone

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hello. I have been having pain above and below my left breast bone. It's also on my back on the left side. Not sure if I pulled a muscule at the gym or not, but it's making me nervous. I had a full physical in September of 2010 and all was fine. What should I do?
