Suggest Remedy For Painful Bruise On Hand

Hi, this morning I realize a small bruise on my hand that was painful when touched. I thought no big deal. Well later I noticed a very purple vein on my middle finger on the knuckle that was very painful . I accidentally hit it with something and the pain was bad. Then it went away after a while. Is it something to worry about ?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be soft tissue inflammation but here the fracture part need to be ruled out if it is not fracture then it is nothing to worry, again I would advise you to get done the clinical examination too, till then anti-inflammatory can be used hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
