Suggest Remedy For Painful Bumps On My Vagina

I am a pregnant married woman in my twenties. I went to the doctor for treatment for a UTI. After taking the medications I found maybe 3 small bumps and it s very painful. I was tested negatives for STDs in July when I started care for my pregnancy. It s tender and sore. The 3 bumps are not together there is a little space between them. It still burns when I urinate but I am not quite sure if it s because urine touched the bumps or because I have only been treated for a UTI. My doctor wanted to wait to give me treatment for a bacteria infection. I shower 3 times a day and wipe properly . I am not sure why this is accurring. I am after that it may be do to frequent rushing to public bathrooms to urinate. Please help me. I m 13 weeks.
