Suggest Remedy For Painful Chest, Arms And Shoulders With Numb Hands

Chest hurts on left side, left arm from shoulder blade to wrist "pins and needles feeling", left hand now completely numb and cannot move it at all. 3 days now, gradually getting worse. Went to emergency room on first day, had Blood clot test, chest Xray and EKG. Doctor found nothing wrong. Proscribed Motrin and Vicodine for pain, neither takes away the feelings.
