Suggest Remedy For Painful Chest Caused By Swallowing Large Piece Of Food

Hello i was eating lunch today (nachos) and swallowed a too big piece i am assuming and it hurt horrible the whole way down could feel it chest hurt bad and felt faint and was sweating now my chest hurts when i breathe in fells like something is still in throat

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain swallowing a large piece of nachos which is hard in texture might have caused laceration of the mucosa of food pipe/oesophagus leading to inflammation and causing pain..
As you felt it going down the throat and chest it does not seems like it have gone into the wrong passage or the wind pipe and if you are able to swallow and food is going down the throat without obstruction as well as if breathing is not obstructed you need not to worry..
You can consult an Otolaryngologist and get a clinical evaluation done along with it get laryngoscopy done so that if at all anything is struck in throat it can act as foreign body and cause bacterial infection as well as can pass into wrong passage and obstruct breathing..
If anything would be struck it will be removed to prevent further complications..
