Suggest Remedy For Painful Cuts In Penis

respectd doc.....it seems very difficult 4 me as in my pennis there is so many cuts which is spreading throughout the inner layers of my pennis aNd from these cut a white liguid is secreting im so scared as i cant suffer the pain caused so doc pls advice me what to do

Hello Thanks for query.
You have not mentioned your age in your query,
If you are unable to retract your foreskin over glans freely the cuts that you are getting are mostly due to Phimosis .Second possibility of cuts is due to Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis.

Please rule out Diabetes .

Consult qualified general Surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination ,
If turns out to be due to Phimosis you may need to get circumcised .

In the mean while take anti fungal medication with topical antibiotics like Neosporin for local application.
