Suggest Remedy For Painful Cuts/wounds On The Tonsils

I got strep throut a little while ago and have been on antibiotics for 4 days now. Everythings seem to be working fine until the third day its seem that i now have a cut on my tonsils and the pain is worse than the strep throut. Should i go back to the doctor or will the antibiotics clear it up too.

Hi,

Noted your history of strep throat under treatment but developed pain and cuts on tonsils after 4 days of treatment and wants to know whether to wait or consult the Doctor.
It is very rare to develop pain and cut on tonsil when one is on right medicines.
Hence I would advice you to consult your Doctor again to have an actual examination to decide what has happened.
The ossibility if developement o fan aphthoid ulcer as this is very painful.
You may need an additional treatment.
Go for povidone iodine gargles.
Take painkillers.
Continue the treatment as would be advise.
