Suggest Remedy For Painful Cyst In Nose

Ok, I hav these large, painful, red pimples (possibly cysts, because I used to get cysts years ago) on my nose and they will not go away. They've been there about a week and are gross and ooze a seemingly endless supply of yellowish/green pussy stuff and clear yellowish liquid. I have an acne care system already but it doesn't seem to be working with these "thingys," so my questions are: What are these things? Are they cysts? What is the most affective way to get rid of them? Is there a home remedy?

HI.
There is no home remedy for such problems, and should not be tried at home. as there are veins connected from this area directly to the brain; so never to press on these lesions.
The cysts need an antibiotic treatment to start with.
Once under coverage , they should be removed and sent for an examination.
