Suggest Remedy For Painful Flatulence In Infant

hi dr. my son born in month of december (7 month pre-term) he is taking dexolac special care. from last 2 weak he is on dexolac premium.he is passing lots of gess because of it he is not able to sleep he use lots of pressure for gess out.making a noise like having a pain and create red face when passes gess after every feed he do this.should i change the formula milk.please suggest me other ways.i m giving colicaid to him once in a day.should i give it reguler. after giving colicaid he pass stool .feel relax is this normal.i m giving him 60 ml 2 hour every day or as he demand .please suggest me what should i do.i m vary worry about my baby please help me .blood group is o+. date od birth-10 dec 2013.aprox 2 month
