Suggest Remedy For Painful Hips

Hi, my bottom and both sides by my hips have been aching for the last week or so. It doesnt bother me too much during the day but when i go to bed i can't get comfortable as the aching gets quite painful when i lay on it, it almost seems like my bottom tenses up by itself and i struggle to relax it ? I am 28 years old Can you help please, thank you
