Suggest Remedy For Painful Intercourse And Thick,white And Gritty Discharge

I am 20 years old, 120 pounds, hpv cervical dysplasia cin 2 and pcos. For the last 4 months I've had a thick, white, gritty, wet toilet paper looking discharge. At first it smelled fishy, especially during sex our when wading my area. Now theres no enroll but painful intercourse, extra swelling during sex sometimes, and itching and soreness. Sorry for so much info but when I put my finger in I pull it out theres a lot of this gritty substance, and the says theres more my vagina is uncomfortable. This really bothers me obviously. I have been prescribed ciproflaxin for something else and there was mo change. I have one sexual partner and this started when I started sleeping with him but were pretty sure hes std free. What is this?! Please help.
