I am 36yrs old and late last year i started experiencing painful joint pain and general body weakness a week before i see my monthly period. It is so bad that getting out of bed in the morning is always a big task. i also experience mood swings ans general body ache. But this usually stops the day my period starts. What can i use to stop the pain?
