Suggest Remedy For Painful Knuckles With Swelling

Hi! I am a 54 year old woman who woke up two days ago with a swollen hand near the knuckle of my index finger and surrounding area. It is very painful. I lift weights with a trainer and don't remember bumping it etc. There is also a hard calcified bump on my knuckle as well. any ideas?
