Suggest Remedy For Painful Limp Behind Knee And Pain In Shoulder And Neck

I drove home approximately a 6 hour drive and the next day I had a large painful lump behind my right knee. The lump is still there, but not as large. I'm now having pain in my right shoulder and neck. The pain almost feels like presure is being applied. The only time it feels better is if I raise my arm above my head. Could these be related?
