Suggest Remedy For Painful Lump On Buttocks

Hello , for the past 4 days i have a hard lump above my left butt cheek & it s painful . Can you please help me ? Well tell me the cause of this ? I have diabetes , & I had a kidney transplant 2013 which means my immune system is low . Could this play a factor on why I have this lump ?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having ingrown hair follicle infection and there might be having forming abscess.
Due to having diabetes infection precipitates fast.
Go for one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine for 3-5 days.
Ok and take care.
