Suggest Remedy For Painful Lump On Labia

Hi, I found a small lump on my labia about a week ago which was small and quite hard to touch. I just thought it was a spot as I am quite prone to getting spots, even though I've never had one before in this area. I had a hot bath a few nights ago and managed to squeeze out some pus which was a cream colour and had a slight smell to it. Now over the last 24 hours it has increased in size and it is painful to touch and even to sit and walk. It is just outside the entrance to my vagina on the right hand side and from what i've read on the internet I was wondering if it could be a bartholin cyst/abcyss?
