Suggest Remedy For Painful Lump Under The Kneecap Post A Fall
I fell a couple of weeks ago, and after resting my leg for the past 2 weeks, there is still a lump an inch and a half under my kneecap , and it hurts a light, the area on its left with the muscle feels sore and feels painful when contracting the muscle

A lump can form at the site of trauma as part of the body's inflammatory response.
The pain can last a few weeks. Since it is still present , you should continue to limit motion affecting that limb.
In addition using anti inflammatory pain killers such as ibuprofen, cataflam or naproxen would help.
